Dr. Anne Young is responsible for leading Global Dynamics' sexual harassment seminar, when Sheriff Jack Carter becomes a focus of obsessive interest from the women of Eureka. She is also an active participant in Eureka's annual biomimetic dog show.
Dr. Young is one of the first 'victims' of Jack's increased sex appeal when he becomes irresistible, which is particularly galling for her, since she prepares and delivers anti-sexual harassment lectures as a key component of her job. She appears to specialize in all sorts of relationship and biological issues, although Dr. Young herself shows no real tact or interest in dealing reasonably with people during her second appearance.
